HELPING PEOPLE BUILD WHAT MATTERS.
Whether you're leading a nonprofit, growing a business, or launching something new, I love helping people untangle challenges, strengthen systems, and turn vision into practical, sustainable action.
Some people hire me for a specific project. Others just need someone to help connect the dots. Either way, I love bringing organization, creativity, and momentum to meaningful work.
Meet Chelsea.
I've spent the last 13+ years working alongside nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations, helping bring ideas to life through strategy, operations, communications, and project management.
Along the way, I've worn a lot of hats—from growing a West Virginia-based nonprofit connected to a national organization to leading operations for a creative agency that partnered with nonprofits, foundations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. Those experiences taught me something I carry into every project: meaningful work rarely fits neatly into one job description.
That's why I love being a thought partner. Sometimes that means facilitating a strategic planning session. Other times it means helping untangle an operational challenge, strengthening community partnerships, improving communications, or simply creating a plan that helps people move forward with more confidence.
I bring a mix of organization, creativity, and practical problem-solving to every project, but what I enjoy most is getting to know the people behind the work. Every organization has its own strengths, challenges, and story, and I believe the best solutions come from listening first.
What I Bring to the Table
Every organization has different goals, challenges, and capacity, so my work is never one-size-fits-all. Whether you need someone to help think through an idea, manage a complex project, or build systems that support long-term growth, I bring practical experience, creative problem-solving, and an organized approach to moving work forward.
Organizations I’ve Been Lucky Enough to Work Alongside
My Approach
I do my best work when people see me as a partner, not just someone checking tasks off a list.
Whether I'm planning an event, managing a project, improving systems, or helping bring a new idea to life, I love asking thoughtful questions, untangling challenges, and finding practical solutions that make life a little easier.
I value clear communication, thoughtful organization, creative problem-solving, and relationships built on trust. My goal is to leave every organization stronger than I found it, with systems that work, projects that move forward, and people who feel supported along the way.
At the end of the day, I genuinely love helping good people do meaningful work.
